Kem Fikra uses personal information to provide your journey, assessments, learning experiences, community discussions, and requested updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Kem Fikra, we may collect:

• Contact information, including your email address.
• Birth information you submit for a Birth Blueprint.
• Assessment answers, results, progress, and developmental syntheses.
• Community responses and replies you choose to post.
• Waiting-list choices and communication consent.
• Basic technical information needed for security, authentication, and reliable operation.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and restore your Kem Fikra journey, generate personalized results, unlock stages in order, provide lessons and discussions, send requested access or registration messages, protect the service, and improve its operation.

Community Discussions

Responses posted in the Building Circle may be visible to other authorized Circle participants. Do not post information you do not want shared within that space. Your email address is not displayed as your public discussion name.

Service Providers

Kem Fikra relies on service providers to operate the experience. These may include Supabase for authentication and data storage, Tally for selected forms, email-delivery providers for access and updates, and OpenAI Sites for website presentation and hosting. Their handling of information is also governed by their own policies.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate Kem Fikra, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, the public, or the service. We do not sell personal information or share it for unrelated advertising.

Retention and Security

We retain information while it is needed to provide the journey, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. You may also ask to leave a waiting list or stop nonessential email updates. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.

Children

Kem Fikra is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact us if they believe a child under 13 submitted personal information.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy as Kem Fikra develops. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
