By using Kem Fikra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, assessments, lessons, or community spaces.

Purpose of Kem Fikra

Kem Fikra provides educational, reflective, developmental, and community experiences. Birth Blueprints, assessments, interpretations, lessons, and discussions are tools for reflection and learning. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for using an email address you control and protecting access links and sessions sent to you. Do not access another person’s journey or impersonate another participant. Some stages unlock only after earlier stages are completed.

Community Conduct

When participating in the Building Circle or another shared space, communicate honestly and respectfully. Do not threaten or harass others, post unlawful or deliberately harmful material, expose another person’s private information, impersonate others, disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass access controls. Kem Fikra may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect the Circle or the service.

Your Contributions

You retain ownership of original responses you submit. By posting in a shared Kem Fikra space, you give Kem Fikra permission to store, display, and process that contribution as needed to operate the discussion. You are responsible for having the right to submit your content.

Kem Fikra Materials

The Kem Fikra name, system, assessment structures, written teachings, graphics, reports, and original site materials are protected intellectual property. Personal use within the Kem Fikra experience is permitted. Copying, selling, publishing, training another system on, or creating a competing product from these materials requires written permission.

Third-Party Services

The site may connect to third-party forms, audio, email, authentication, or hosting services. Kem Fikra is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their separate terms and privacy practices.

Availability and Changes

Features, schedules, lessons, and assessments may change as the Kem Fikra system develops. We may pause, modify, or discontinue parts of the service and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

No Guarantees

Kem Fikra is provided on an “as available” basis. Individual results depend on many factors, including participation and interpretation. We do not guarantee a particular personal, educational, relational, professional, spiritual, or financial result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kem Fikra and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continuing to use Kem Fikra after an update means you accept the revised terms.
